We offer several membership plans, including monthly and annual options, as well as personal training packages.

Yes, we have certified personal trainers available to help you design a workout plan that meets your goals and provide guidance during workouts. You can schedule sessions individually or as a part of a training package.

Every session starts with a mobility and activation warm-up to prepare your body for the main strength lifts. From there, we move into compound exercises that build strength, muscle, and burn body fat. Next comes an accessory lift focused on shaping and refining specific muscles, and we finish with a conditioning segment to boost cardiovascular health and accelerate fat loss.

Reservations are recommended for popular classes to secure your spot. Please contact us to schedule a class.

It’s best to bring a water bottle and comfortable workout apparel.

People of all fitness levels are welcome here at Mauka. We provide all of our new clients with an initial assessment, and we will tailor our programs according to you and your needs.
